ENGLISH FOR EMAILS
Sometimes, your first or only interaction with colleagues, clients and partners are made only over email correspondence making it extremely important for employees to be able to understand and reply quickly, efficiently and accurately to emails. This course is designed to equip employees in all departments, positions and industries to be able to represent themselves professionally via emails. Through the course, students will also be able to work with the coach to go through and adapt their own email templates that they use on a regular basis for their jobs. This course takes students through real-life situational settings to learn the fundamentals of email writing.

ENGLISH FOR MEETINGS
Whether you are working in a hotel, bank or other customer-facing industries, you need language skills and specific techniques in order to communicate in English successfully. This course not only covers vocabulary and expressions specific to the customer service industry but also addresses strategies to assist in the effective use of English in a business context. Students will be taken through different forms of customer contact from face to face meetings, phone calls with customers, call centre service, written communication and presentations. The course will also address tips and tricks for customer relationship management and crisis-response. The evaluation will include students applying what they learn this in this course to their day-to-day jobs, working closely with the coach to adapt the material for their own roles.

ENGLISH FOR PRESENTATIONS
Learn to structure your talk, fine-tune your delivery, design your visuals, master your body language, tell your own stories and anecdotes and effectively handle the question & answer session. Develop the key language and presentation skills you need in order to give an effective, professional and dynamic performance. Work with the coach on your own developing your personal presentation pertaining to your job.

Whether you are welcoming a visitor to your company, attending a networking event after work, at a business dinner or taking part in a trade fair, it is very important to be able to make conversation confidently and accurately in order to maintain a professional image and build successful business and social relationships. Learn all the essential vocabulary, expressions and conversational techniques to be able to socialize in English through well-structured exercises and activities built around realistic relationship-building situations that allow students to practice conversational techniques and strategies while also learning about intercultural issues and soft-skills.
